I was looking for someplace in the area that did not have that "spring break" feel and did not cost an arm and a leg. I heard the radio advertising this place and decided to check it out. Very friendly staff. The seared ahi was very good especially with the wasabi ginger sauce. Don't let the name fool you, this is a full service restaurant with a great wine list, a very good beer list and a full bar. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. A place to come for just a drink or a meal.

Very warm and friendly customer service from the owner through the staff. If you take a minute to chat, they will know you on your next visit. Wonderful break from typical fried everything foods found in many local restaurants. I am gluten free and they specialize in this. Two of their staff have gluten issues so they totally get it and cook wonderful gluten free meals and deserts. Great selection of above average wines and several cozy rooms to enjoy your wine with their famous meat and cheese tray. Menu started small but keeps growing. Great onion soup and cheese cake recently added. Very nice outdoor patio with big fireplace for cold days. Can't say enough good about the friendly staff. A refreshing change in the area.

The Lake area has been missing a wine bar with a nice relaxing inside spot. There are a few things that indicate they haven't quite hit their stride yet, but overall this is an excellent addition to the area.

We visited Easy Street last Friday night, arriving maybe 6:30 for dinner. I think when we checked online, we saw they are only open until 8 PM, which seemed off for a wine/dessert bar, but don't we found out from the waitress they stay open way later if they have customers. The kitchen does close at 8, apparently, with desserts still available.

The building is a former motel and has several rooms, each with its own vibe from bright and cheery to quiet and romantic. There are several clusters of comfy chairs which are great for having a glass with friends, but since we planned on ordering dinner, we wanted a regular table and chairs. After we ate, we migrated to the comfy chairs for dessert and another glass. Thankfully the crowd was pretty sparse, so we had out pick.

They have a very nice wine selection along with a couple of meat and cheese trays and a handful of entre selections. We tried a chicken pasta and chicken Caesar. Both of these were excellent and priced reasonably, especially considering the quality. Our daughter was along, so we were very please to see a kids menu - kind of rare for a place like this - but they were pretty kid friendly.

The wine pours were very generous, probably 8 or 9 oz pours every time, and the wines by the glass are cheap by wine bar standards. We enjoyed the $7 glasses just fine. The waitress was very helpful and of course offered samples.

We had a chance to talk to the manager too. Everyone was very friendly. One of the nice features is that Netflix is available, so we happened to find a spot where we could select our own movie. On the downside, we couldn't really turn it up loud enough to hear well due to a large party in the next room.

They are open for breakfast at 8 AM, so we'll probably give them a try in the near future. Until then, this is definitely our go to wine bar at the Lake.

Had a wonderful time at this bar. The locals are so friendly and made us feel at home. Christiana was performing that night and she made the entire night for us!

Looked like a fun place to hit at night for the music. Come here on the next visit for sure. Helps having pool tables too.

Basic line dance lessons at 7 pm on Thursday night. Don't expect advanced classes but good for beginners. Teacher was easy to follow and understand. Had a pretty good crowd too. Fun! You can also take the express shuttle for $2 roundtrip.

The enjoyment was having ice cold beer and a hot fresh pepperoni pizza on an outside patio. Had a band playing some great hits. Good view of the lake. Everything looked fresh and clean. Can't wait to visit again.

First time there and it was awesome! Machine Gun Symphony was kicking out some hella 80's and I was digging on the Led that the drummer was grooving on! Bass and Electrics were fire! Lead was very good & getting that feeling on! Thanks Penny for hosting a great band and love love love your establishment! Nicely done! This place has a homey feel to it and will be a regular stop for us! Service was spot on along with the food and wonderful people! This is a stop you don't want to miss out on!
